About ASI Jaipur Circle

The Jaipur Circle is a regional office of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), the nation's premier organization for archaeological research and heritage protection. Headquartered in Jaipur, the Circle holds jurisdiction over the state of Rajasthan.

Established under the ASI framework, the Jaipur Circle is responsible for the survey, documentation, protection, and conservation of centrally protected monuments and archaeological sites across Rajasthan. Its work spans excavation projects, epigraphical studies, museum management, and the publication of research findings.
